Application Hoefon Wire Seal Galvanized 100m

Hoefon galvanized sealing wire on a 100 meter spool is widely used in combination with sealing pliers and lead seals. This allows you to easily create a seal at the exact length you need. Thanks to its galvanized finish, the wire offers good resistance to rust. The sealing wire has a breaking strength of 7 kilograms. The 0.5 mm core wire is wrapped with a 0.3 mm wire. This construction ensures that the wire remains firmly anchored in the lead seal and cannot easily be pulled out after application. We also offer this product in a 400 meter version.

How do you use sealing wire?

First cut the required length of sealing wire from the spool. Then pass the wire through the object you want to seal and insert both ends through the lead seal. After that, firmly crimp the lead seal using sealing pliers to create a clear and reliable seal. Always check that the wire is properly secured and that the seal shows a clear impression.
